Form VI Out and About to '39 Steps'
Form VI and its Riddlesworth equivalent joined to visit the London Film Museum, (many interesting and sometimes gruesome artefacts), dripped into Planet Hollywood, (more artefacts and a decent burger) and finished the day at “The 39 Steps”. In Tom’s words: We found our seats were only two rows back from the stage. The curtain came up and, much to our surprise, we found that the stage was empty as there were no props. This definitely surprised me because we were in the West End and I was expecting a highly elaborate stage set. All one hundred and fifty characters were played by only four actors. They did this by continually changing costumes off stage and, much to our shock, on stage as well. We had a great time with many laughs and giggles. It was brilliant! |
