Under 13A v Felsted Away Lost 7 - 3

Barnardiston started with some poor defending and soon found themselves three goals down, but got back into the game with a well-taken goal from Megan. After half time, we responded well with 'the goal of the game' from the top of the D from Laura, and another goal from Megan. However, as we pushed forward for further goals, Felsted went on to score 4 goals in the last ten minutes.

Under 13A County Championship at Framlingham.

Barnardiston started well with a 0-0 draw with Culford but with better efforts in front of goal could have won. We then lost 2-0 to South Lee in a game of few chances in which Laura scored only to be disallowed for a tackle made on her going into the D at 1-0. We then lost 3-0 to Brandeston who went on to be crowned champions. In our final game of the day, we drew 0-0 with Ipswich High and played well with good performances from Emma and Izzy.

Under 13A v Holmwood House Home Lost 1-0

We started well and looked as if we could get a much-needed win with good perfomances from all of our defenders. However, Holmwood scored the only goal of the game from a goal mouth scramble when the ball just crossed the line. Barnardiston kept on going and should have scored near the end when Emma put the ball over the bar when it would have been easier to score.
